First Project Meeting at Porto

The ReACT project, with its full name “Researchers’ act: training for psychological flexibility and work-related stress management”, started in November 2024 with a kick-off meeting hosted by the School of Health – Polytechnic Institute of Porto from Portugal.

This two-day event was a first step in strengthening our collaboration and laying the groundwork for the successful implementation of ReACT’s goals.
