Work Packages

Project Work Packages

ReACT is structured around five key work packages, each focusing on a specific aspect of the project’s implementation.

Work Package 1: Project Management

This work package ensures smooth coordination and communication among all partners. It involves administrative oversight, budget management, and continuous monitoring to ensure project milestones are met on schedule. Regular meetings and internal evaluations will be conducted to maintain efficiency and resolve potential challenges prom

Work Package 2: State-of-the-Art Research on Web-Based Programs

A systematic review of existing digital mental health interventions will be conducted to identify best practices and gaps in current support systems for researchers. The findings will be compiled into a research publication, which will serve as a foundation for developing the ReACT program and platform.

Work Package 3: Development of the ReACT Psychoeducational Program

This phase focuses on creating educational content aimed at enhancing psychological flexibility. Modules will include practical exercises, self-assessment tools, and guided lessons tailored to the specific challenges faced by researchers. The content will be developed in multiple languages to ensure accessibility.

Work Package 4: Development of the ReACT Web-Based Platform

The web-based platform will integrate interactive tools and learning resources in a user-friendly digital space. Features will include training modules, discussion forums, guided self-help exercises, and tools for tracking personal progress. The platform will be tested in pilot studies to refine usability and effectiveness.

Work Package 5: Impact Assessment and Policy Recommendations

The final phase of the project will evaluate the effectiveness of the ReACT program. Data from pilot testing will be analyzed to measure improvements in researchers’ stress management and overall well-being. Based on these findings, institutional policy recommendations will be developed to encourage HEIs to adopt long-term support strategies for researchers’ mental health.
