University of Bucharest (Coordinator) – Romania
The University of Bucharest is one of Romania’s most prestigious higher education institutions, with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary research, innovation, and student-centered learning. It houses 19 faculties and over 50 research centers dedicated to various scientific domains, including psychology and education.
The university has a history of successfully managing Erasmus+ projects and will lead the development of the psychoeducational content for ReACT. Additionally, the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, which specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapies and mental health interventions, will contribute its expertise to ensure the program’s scientific rigor.

Anadolu University – Türkiye
Anadolu University is a pioneer in distance education and digital learning platforms, serving millions of students worldwide. The university’s Open Education System is one of the largest in the world, offering online education to over two million learners. It has extensive experience in developing web-based psychological support systems and has previously launched Turkey’s first internet-based psychological intervention program during the COVID-19 pandemic.
For ReACT, Anadolu University is responsible for designing and developing the web-based interactive platform, integrating the latest technologies to create an engaging user experience. The platform will include audio-visual materials, self-guided exercises, and assessments to measure program effectiveness.

Polytechnic Institute of Porto – Portugal
As one of Portugal’s leading higher education institutions, the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (P.PORTO) specializes in applied sciences and multidisciplinary research. It hosts 24 research centers focusing on health, education, and occupational well-being. The School of Health at P.PORTO conducts research on mental health and workplace stress, making it a key contributor to the ReACT project.
P.PORTO is responsible for conducting a state-of-the-art review of web-based psychological interventions and co-authoring policy recommendations for HEIs. Its research team will analyze the effectiveness of different stress management strategies and propose best practices for institutional adoption.

Berdyansk State Pedagogical University – Ukraine
Located in a conflict-affected region, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University (BSPU) brings invaluable experience in resilience-building under extreme conditions. Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, the university has adapted to online education, providing psychological support to its faculty and students facing displacement and stress.
BSPU’s role in ReACT includes evaluating the program’s impact on researchers’ well-being and leading the publication of research findings. The university will also translate the platform’s content into Ukrainian, ensuring accessibility for researchers in conflict zones.

IGDORE – Sweden
The Institute for Globally Distributed Open Research and Education (IGDORE) is a unique research institute that promotes open science and supports independent researchers worldwide. It provides academic affiliation for over 190 researchers across 46 countries and actively advocates for mental well-being in academia.
IGDORE’s role in ReACT includes recruiting participants for the pilot study, ensuring diverse representation in the research. The organization will also lead dissemination efforts, making the project’s results accessible to the global academic community.
